The Stutzman Services landscape construction division is equipped in all phases of landscape design and build. Our staff has the experience of designing and installing hundreds of projects in both the commercial and residential categories.

We work with general contractors and developers to provide timely installations, along with excellent quality and street appeal to help with the sale of real estate properties, from single family homes to large subdivisions, or office buildings.

Our services include soil preparation and fine grading, programmable irrigation systems using the latest, water saving technology, hardscape construction such as retaining walls and brick paver or flagstone patios and pathways, planting design and installation, turf seeding with our own hydroseeding equipment, or the installation of rolled turf or sod lawns. We also have years of experience designing and building water features, fountains, and natural ponds. If the customer is skilled at installing the landscape themselves, we offer a design-only service that can be a valuable aid for calculating materials, and phasing the project efficiently.

Some of the related services that we are unable to provide, but could easily be subcontracted, are wood working, like decks, arbors and fences, masonry work such as mortared brick and tile, and concrete work.
